Shipping Policy
Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping notification via email. But if you're having trouble tracking your order, please send an email to info@ilymodemaison.com
ILY MODE MAISON processes and ships orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and/ or shipped the following three business days.
Once we have handpicked and prepare your package for shipping, we will hand it off to a third party courier so that your package will arrive to you safe and sound! In the case that your package is lost or stolen in transit or upon arrival, ILY MODE MAISON does not take responsibility for it. All claims must be made through the carrier your package was shipped with.
Please note that your shipping fee does not include insurance. If you are interested in having your package insured, feel free to email info@ilymodemaison.com and we will provide a rate and invoice you separately for any extra coverage you request. Please note that we can only provide insurance for packages that have not been shipped. Once shipped, we are unable to offer insurance coverage.
Your Shipping Address: Please review your address during checkout. If your order is lost or returned to us because of an incorrect address, we are unable to refund the cost until the order is back in our possession. Sometimes courier and shipping services can take several weeks to return an item shipped to the wrong address.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship all around the globe where courier services are available. Please fill out the check out process for availability and shipping costs. Your packages are also shipped within the 3-5 business days window for Ready to Ship products or within 2 weeks for the Made to Order products. If your package is held up in customs, the duration of your delivery will take longer. International buyers are solely responsible for any and all duties or taxes.
